Living Room Reveal

So the front living room in our home is basically done so I thought I'd show you how it turned out.  Of course there is still a few odds and ends to do in here (like build a coffee table and get a rug for the front door) but its done enough.... for now.  :)

I am pleased.

The rug is from Home Depot, the pillows, accent chair and lamps are from Home Goods, the curtains are from Target.  Anymore questions?  Fire away!

As always I'm linking to these great parties and events:

I love it! I would absolutely love to have just a sitting area, no electronics in the room. You've created a very nice space.

I absolutely love the color choices and all of the room, except I am confused by the picture on the wall. To me, it seems out of place and doesn't go with everything else. I apologize for any criticism. I just really am distracted by the picture for some reason. Everything else is beautiful and perfect. Great job.

I do know what you are saying. The painting was passed onto me by my MIL and I LOVE it! But I'm still trying to work the yellow color it adds to the space. There is some yellow in the rug, but I need to add more yellow throughout.

I love the flooring of your living room. It compliments well with the furniture. The idea of putting a carpet is great. I just hope that nobody in your family is allergic to carpet.

This is a great living room indeed. I love the idea of putting a carpet. It makes the room more compelling. I also like the color of your wall. By the way, if you see some cracks on the wall, it is important to fix them as soon as possible. You can put some surface treatments like acrylic, epoxy or hot melt. This will prevent further damage to the concrete wall.

I love the over all look of your living room. It's clean and very organized. I wish to have this kind of living room as well. We'll be moving this month. A good furniture removalists in our area will surely be able to help us transfer our furniture to our new place. I would surely make my living room as clean as yours.
